Frustrated by the daily twists and turns your life can take?
The Blossom necklace takes those twists and turns and creates unique works of art.
Each necklace starts off with the same concept, an abstract interpretation of a flower blossom. But with each twist of the wire and each addition of a bead, the design takes on a life of its own and the results are beautiful.

There is a new addition to the ReneeDesigns family. We are adopting a daughter from China, Vivienne Chao.
I have created a necklace in honor of Vivienne using chinese coins and donut beads. A portion of the proceeds from this necklace will benefit The Half the Sky Foundation which works to better the lives of children living in Chinese orphanages.
Beautiful jewelry inspired by a beautiful girl for a beautiful cause, what could be better than that?

I'm back from NYC.
I saw the Costume Institute's AngloMania exhibit at the Met. Vivienne Westwood and John Galliano are geniuses. A definite must see for anyone who loves fashion. Even my husband thought it was cool.
Did lots of shopping - mostly of the window variety. I got tons of cool ideas to share with you all.
Peace darlings.

NYC baby.
I am off to NYC this weekend - the fashion capital / the shopping mecca of my dreams. There is just something about that city, every time I go to there I get so inspired and end up creating tons of new jewelry.
When I get back I will have plenty of new prettys to share with the world.
Until then I'll leave you with a piece I made after my last trip to New York - its called Twisted.
Peace darlings.
